The refrigerator is packed full of pork and beef, smoke is billowing from our back patio, and the house is permeated with an aroma that can only mean one thing….


Jon fired up the smokers again to prepare for a Three Porks and a Smoker catering job.

On the menu this time…

Hungry Yet?

Coleslaw, Pit Beans, and  Stuffed Smoked Sausage!

Excuse me while I wipe the drool from my chin.

My stomach loves living with an award winning BBQ cook! My waistline…not so much.
